What is a Meridian Value Report?
The Meridian Value Report is a five-day, fixed-fee engagement from Pilot to Payoff. It finds the five best new-revenue opportunities already inside a business and prices each one in dollars — stress-tested, traceable to its assumptions, and scoped to what your team can actually run in four to six quarters. The fee is $15,000, flat. One payment to begin work. Most people shorten the name to the Meridian Report.
What you receive
One Report. Five growth ideas, each with a number your team can defend.
Every idea comes sized in dollars, conditioned on what your team can run — not a wish list, a working shortlist. Every figure shows its work: the assumptions are visible, the range is shown in full, and any line can be challenged. If it doesn't survive your scrutiny, it doesn't ship.
The Report is a discovery deliverable. It tells you where the value is and what it's worth. What you do with it — build, prioritize, take it to your investors — is yours. The model stays with you.

A Meridian Report vs. a value creation plan
A value creation plan is an execution document. Deal teams write one after an investment thesis exists: it lays out how a company will capture value that's already been underwritten — the initiatives, owners, and milestones.
The Meridian Value Report sits upstream of that. It answers the question a value creation plan assumes: what value is actually in there? Five opportunities, priced, before anyone commits a plan — or a purchase price — to paper.
If you already have a value creation plan, the Report pressure-tests it — and is built to add to it. If you don't, the Report is what makes the eventual plan worth writing. One is the map of what could be built; the other is the build schedule.
Who it's for
C-suite leaders at mid-market companies ($25M–$1B revenue) who suspect there's more available than they can see from inside the business. Private-equity operating partners who want a defensible, dollar-sized view of new revenue across a portfolio company — in days, not months. Investors weighing a target who want the growth story priced before they underwrite it.
It's not for companies looking for a readiness assessment, a general strategy review, or a deck of recommendations without numbers.
What it costs
$15,000, flat. One payment to begin work. No variable component, no hidden fees. What that buys, and what the market charges instead →
Our standard: every Report is built to surface at least $5M in new-revenue opportunity, with every figure stress-tested and traceable. That's a quality bar we build to — not a guarantee, and we show you the whole range so you can judge where your Report lands.
